Pro-Palestine rallies held in US, UK, Canada against Israeli crimes
With Gaza wounds still wide open, the Palestinian Foreign Ministry releases a warning of an imminent Israeli aggression on the Strip.
Thousands from the Palestinian and Arab communities, as well as foreign activists in major US cities, protested the Israeli occupation attacks on worshippers in the blessed Al-Aqsa Mosque and denounced the American silence on the crimes committed against the Palestinians, Palestine News Agency reported on Monday.
The protesters demanded in the mass rallies that took place in New York, Chicago, Dallas, Los Angeles, Ohio, Texas, California, and Minnesota to end the occupation authority's assaults against the Al-Aqsa Mosque. The demonstrators also called for freedom for Palestine and the need to provide international protection for the Palestinian people against the criminal practices of the occupation government against them.

Osama Nasser, on behalf of the Coalition for Justice in Palestine, called on the international community, led by the United States government, to drop the double standards policy, pressure the Israelis to stop war crimes against the Palestinians, and impose sanctions on the Israeli occupation entity.

Maher Abdel Qader, an activist and member of the Palestinian American Council, considered that the demonstrations carried out by the communities are a natural response to the criminal actions of the occupation entity. According to him, this is the least that can be done to defend Palestinian rights and expose Israeli practices, especially in holy places, and the crimes that occur at the hands of “followers of fascism” who are trying to establish control on the holy city with these racist crimes.
He added that all members of the community are working day and night to let the voice of the Palestinian people reach the decision-makers in Washington, by all means, to push them to stop the atrocities in Palestine, starting with freezing military aid to the occupation and ending with its international isolation.

Also in the UK, Palestinian Forum in Britain and several other solidarity groups organized a demonstration outside the occupation's embassy in London to protest and call out the Israeli crimes against Palestinians in Al-Aqsa mosque, occupied Al-Quds, and other areas, including the West Bank.
The groups also protested the recent Israeli aggression on Gaza and voiced their support to Palestinians practicing Itikaf in Al-Aqsa mosque.

Imminent Israeli aggression on Gaza
In the same context, the Palestinian Ministry of Foreign Affairs warned on Sunday of an "imminent Israeli aggression" on the Gaza Strip, calling for international action to prevent it.
The Ministry said in a statement, "We warn of the results and repercussions of any imminent Israeli military aggression against our people in the Gaza Strip," as part of Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu's efforts to divert the mounting pressure against him by the opposition.

Netanyahu believes that the military aggression against the Gaza Strip is his political savior and that the opposition will stand with him in that military confrontation, which will weaken or even stop the opposition's campaign against him, the Ministry added.
The international community is responsible for what Netanyahu will do after the end of the Jewish holidays, the statement confirmed, calling for proactive international action to prevent these crimes from being committed against the innocent Palestinian people, particularly in the Gaza Strip, where the Israeli occupation is threatening to restore the "policy of assassinations against Palestinian leaders [of Resistance factions]."
Palestinian people "will not accept this time" some countries' bias toward the occupation in this anticipated aggression, the statement concluded.
Last week, the Israeli occupation launched a mass air aggression on the Gaza Strip which started late Thursday night and lasted until Friday morning.
The Palestinian Resistance responded to the aggression campaign by targeting Israeli occupation settlements in the Gaza envelope with barrages of rockets.
