Resistance confronts IOF incursion into Nur Shams camp in Tulkarm
Al Mayadeen's correspondent reports intense confrontations in the Nur Shams camp in Tulkarm between Palestinian Resistance fighters and the IOF.
Al Mayadeen's sources in the occupied West Bank confirmed that the Palestinian Resistance fighters managed to detonate an explosive device against an Israeli military force attempting to infiltrate the Nur Shams refugee camp east of Tulkarm on Tuesday.
Al Mayadeen's correspondent pointed out that the Israeli incursion into Tulkarm and the Nur Shams camp, following a similar incursion on Monday, is extensive, involving a large number of military vehicles, bulldozers, reconnaissance aircraft, and widespread deployment in several areas simultaneously.
Our correspondent mentioned that intense confrontations persist in the camp, particularly in the al-Maslakh neighborhood, where the Israeli forces have imposed a security cordon.
He confirmed that Israeli bulldozers are now destroying the infrastructure in the al-Manshiya neighborhood of the Nur Shams camp.
Additionally, Israeli forces were targeted with another explosive device near the al-Mahakem roundabout in the city of Tulkarm.

It was also reported that a Palestinian youth was injured by Israeli occupation forces' gunfire during the incursion.
The Nur Shams refugee camp is located in the northwest of the occupied West Bank, approximately 3 kilometers east of the center of Tulkarm city and about 30 kilometers southwest of the Jenin camp, where an Israeli infantry force was targeted with an explosive device during a raid of the al-Damj neighborhood.
Later, sources told Al Mayadeen that the Israeli occupation forces were preventing ambulances from advancing to the Nur Shams camp to aid the wounded.
Israeli occupation forces also raided the town of Beitunya west of Ramallah in the West Bank.
'Israel' arrested 4,695 Palestinians in the West Bank in two months
On Sunday, the Palestinian Prisoners Society (PPS) and the Detainees and Ex-Detainees Affairs Commission released a new tally of Palestinians detained by "Israel", revealing that the number of Palestinian prisoners in the West Bank has risen to 4,695.
Palestinians in the West Bank are arrested from their homes and at military checkpoints, but the total record also includes hostages and individuals who surrendered to threats made against them or their families and turned themselves in, according to a statement by the PPS.
The PPS also mentioned that the Israeli occupation forces brutally assaulted and threatened detainees and their families, as well as vandalized their homes and confiscated their properties.
The occupation has been carrying out raids and incursions in the West Bank and occupied al-Quds, involving arrests that target dozens of Palestinians. It is also pursuing prisoners that had been released in the exchange deal negotiated by the Palestinian Resistance with the occupation forces during the temporary truce weeks ago in Gaza.
