Hezbollah's Deputy Executive Council Chairman, Sheikh Ali Daamouch, called for the broadest possible participation in the funeral procession of martyrs Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah and Sayyed Hashem Safieddine on Sunday, urging that it be an exceptional and unifying event.

On the eve of the funeral, Sheikh Daamouch emphasized that “tomorrow is a day of loyalty, allegiance, and commitment to the martyrs, and our presence at their funeral is a form of tribute to them.”

He urged people to turn out in force from every home, village, and city, "to tell friends and foes that our Resistance endures and remains present on the battlefield and that the Zionist enemy will never be able to crush it."

Participants from all political affiliations must refrain from firing guns into the air, Daamouch stressed, adding that such actions would be disrespectful to the occasion and its sanctity.

During the conference, Daamouch pointed out that Sayyed Nasrallah and Sayyed Hashem's martyrdom was not unexpected, as the Resistance has always made great sacrifices, recalling figures such as Sheikh Ragheb Harb and Sayyed Abbas al-Mousawi.

“We are engaged in a just battle against the enemy’s assaults,” he said, adding that the martyrs are part of this struggle and that their martyrdom does not mark an end but is instead a natural part of the Resistance’s path.

He explained that the loss of any leader or fighter is a natural result of the Resistance's battle, emphasizing that such sacrifices will not weaken the Resistance's resolve but will only strengthen its determination to fulfill the aspirations of the martyrs and continue on their path.

Sheikh Daamouch affirmed that, despite the painful loss, the Resistance remains steadfast in its course, unwavering in its defense of the homeland, its people, the Ummah, and its sanctities, and "will not retreat from its objectives."

He also addressed "Israel" directly, stating that if the occupation entity believes that targeting Hezbollah’s two secretaries-general will weaken the group, it is mistaken.

"The Resistance will remain steadfast, and it [Israel] will not succeed in eliminating it," Daamouch underscored.

Elsewhere, Hezbollah's Deputy Executive Council Chairman reaffirmed that Lebanon will always remain a country of national unity and civil peace, stressing that “Lebanon, which has sacrificed its greatest leaders as martyrs, will never be a foothold for the Zionists, nor will it ever be divided under any circumstances.”

Meanwhile, Al Mayadeen's correspondent in Beirut reported on Saturday morning that preparations for the funeral procession of Sayyed Nasrallah and Sayyed Safieddine have been completed.
