Yemen targets 'Eilat' with missiles, Israelis puzzled about UAV attack
The Yemeni Armed Forces target "Eilat" in southern occupied Palestine with ballistic missiles and warn the Israelis to expect more until the aggression on Gaza stops.
The Yemeni Armed Forces launched a number of ballistic missiles at several sensitive Israeli targets south of the occupied Palestinian territories, including military targets in "Eilat", the Yemeni Armed Forces spokesperson Yahya Saree said on Thursday.
Saree confirmed that the operation "achieved its objectives successfully and resulted in direct hits despite the enemy's attempts to cover it up."
The spokesperson emphasized that the Armed Forces will continue to carry out military operations in support of the Palestinian people's just cause until the Israeli aggression against the Gaza Strip ceases.

In a separate incident, a drone targeted a building in "Eilat" earlier today, resulting in material damage, while the Israeli authorities claimed no casualties. Israeli media reported that sirens were not activated, prompting the settlement's mayor to express concern over the issue and request an investigation into what caused this failure.
Commenting on the operation, whose source remains unknown, Israeli media outlets warned that Yemen's attempts to target the entity will continue, despite all layers of anti-missile and electronic warfare protection and military aircraft conducting patrols in the Red Sea.
The outlets added that all surveillance and detection systems to monitor air, sea, and land threats, despite being directed toward Yemen, have failed to detect the drone that reached "Eilat".

Simultaneously, Israeli Channel 13 stated that "Israel" is still "puzzled about how the drone reached Eilat."
The channel's military commentator, Alon Ben David, pointed out that the Israeli Air Force has directed all airborne and ground detection devices, as well as radar-equipped naval vessels, toward Yemen, but the origin of the drone that reached "Eilat" has not been discovered yet.
The outlet also noted that attempts from Yemen to target "Eilat" are ongoing, stating that "intercepting a ballistic missile is a complex event."
On Wednesday, Saree announced that the armed forces shot down a US MQ-9 drone over the country's territorial waters, which was carrying out spy activities in support of the Israeli occupation entity.
In a statement, Saree stressed that no hostilities will deter Yemen from carrying out operations against the Israeli occupation entity in support of the oppressed Palestinian people.
US officials initially denied knowledge of a missing American drone but then later admitted the event took place when the Yemeni Armed Forces released footage of the operation.
