Iran's state media reported that a recent Israeli strike on Iran destroyed the Emergency Station 115 located in Ahvaz’s Hoveyzeh district, as "Israel" continues to criminally strike civilian targets in Iran.
Earlier on Saturday, Iranian Health Minister Mohammad Reza Zafarghandi stated that recent Israeli airstrikes on Iran had killed two female doctors and a child while also injuring multiple medical staff, with reports indicating that hospitals and emergency vehicles were directly targeted in the attacks.
Zafarghandi reported that among the victims was a pediatrician, as well as a gynecologist who was killed alongside her child while carrying out her medical responsibilities, with the Israeli attack striking three hospitals and six ambulances that were in the process of evacuating the injured.
Civilian casualties since the start of the Israeli military campaign have reached at least 430 deaths and more than 3,500 injuries, according to a report from the Iranian Health Ministry.
The Iranian Foreign Ministry Spokesperson Esmail Bagahaei stated that "Israel" is deliberately targeting civilian areas in its attacks on Iran, highlighting them as a "grave violation of international law and war crimes," reportedly directed by Israeli officials.
"History will judge," Baghaei cautioned, adding that "eternal shame awaits the regime's backers and apologists."
An Israeli strike reportedly hit a residential building in Qom's Salarieh district, south of Tehran, on Saturday, killing two civilians and leaving multiple others injured.
Qatar warns of targeting Iran's economic facilities
Qatar’s Foreign Ministry issued a warning on Friday over the dangers arising from "Israel's" targeting of Iran's economic infrastructure, calling the escalation “dangerous” and likely to lead to “catastrophic regional and international consequences,” including negative impacts on global energy supply stability.
In an official statement, the ministry said that continued military escalation “does not serve the security of the region,” and urged all parties to “avoid targeting civilian and economic facilities.”
The statement added that Doha is making “intensive efforts with its partners” to bring all sides back to the path of dialogue and to address outstanding issues in a manner that promotes regional security and stability.
