Al Mayadeen footage refutes IOF claims about targets in south Lebanon
Al Mayadeen's footage shows that the two houses targeted by the Israeli occupation in south Lebanon belonged to civilians, with no presence of any military targets.
Al Mayadeen visited the two civilian houses targeted by the Israeli occupation in the towns of Yater and Kafra in the middle sector of south Lebanon.
The footage showed that both houses belonged to civilians, with no presence of any military targets, debunking the claims of the Israeli occupation, which alleged that it was attacking targets belonging to the Resistance. The Israeli shelling resulted in significant damage to the two houses.
In Yater, a Syrian refugee sustained minor injuries in the Israeli drone strike. The house accommodates multiple families, and according to Al Mayadeen's correspondent, they have been relocated to other places due to the damage inflicted on the house, making it uninhabitable.
In Kafra, the Israeli occupation targeted a house with two consecutive airstrikes, one by fighter jets and the other by a drone, our correspondent reported, pointing out that the targeted house is situated in the middle of a residential neighborhood and has suffered significant damage.

One of the residents of Kafra told Al Mayadeen that the surrounding houses are also civilian, stressing that the Israeli occupation "targets civilians with brutality to exert pressure, while being incapable of inflicting harm on the Resistance."
According to our correspondent, the Israeli strikes have gone beyond the outskirts of the towns, targeting residential neighborhoods inside them.
Al Mayadeen's correspondent in southern Lebanon reported on Tuesday that Israeli occupation aircraft carried out a series of airstrikes on the outskirts of villages in the western sector.
A couple of days ago, Israeli occupation Forces targeted a civilian car in the Lebanese town of Ainata using precision munition, claiming the lives of three children and their grandmother.
At the time, Israeli media immediately announced that the IOF claimed to have "bombed fighters who wanted to target a settlement with missiles," which highlights the extent of lies practiced by the Israeli occupation military.
Earlier this month, Lebanese youth Hussein Kourani succumbed to the injuries sustained in an Israeli drone strike that targeted the town of Yater. An Israeli strike on the town of Alma al-Shaab also killed Reuter's photographer Issam Abdallah.
It is worth mentioning that the Secretary-General of Hezbollah, Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah, issued a stark warning to the Israeli occupation about the continued strikes against civilians in Lebanon, asserting that such actions "will lead us back to the 'civilian for civilian' equation."
