Israeli occupation forces are committing new massacres in the Gaza Strip, targeting civilian homes, locations, and aid distribution centers as part of their ongoing aggression, which has persisted for over a year and a half.
On Friday, the Israeli occupation carried out a new series of massacres against Palestinian civilians in Gaza, killing at least 40 and injuring over 120, including women and children, in strikes targeting multiple areas across the Strip.
Al Mayadeen's correspondent reported that 12 Palestinians were killed in an Israeli airstrike targeting a home in Deir al-Balah in central Gaza, while three others were killed and several wounded in a drone attack on civilians near the Sheikh Radwan cemetery west of Gaza City.
Two Palestinians were killed and others wounded when a strike hit the Al-Adini family home east of Deir al-Balah, while another attack on a house in the Al-Tuffah neighborhood northeast of Gaza left three dead.
In Gaza City's Al-Nasr neighborhood, seven civilians were killed and others wounded when an Israeli airstrike hit an electricity charging station near the 'Terre des Hommes' humanitarian compound.
An Israeli strike also hit a humanitarian aid center northwest of Rafah in southern Gaza, killing five civilians and wounding several others, in a continuing pattern of attacks targeting relief distribution points and displaced civilians.
Hamas, for its part, released a statement asserting that these massacres represent part of what it called a "systematic bloody policy" carried out by the Israeli occupation forces, adding that the killing of civilians, particularly women and children, has become "a fixed daily objective" in "Israel's" war against the Palestinian people.
The movement called on international human rights and humanitarian institutions to document these crimes and pursue occupation leaders in international courts, while also urging Arab and Islamic nations, as well as freedom-loving people worldwide, to maintain pressure on the occupation and its supporters, and to work toward breaking the siege imposed on the Gaza Strip.
The Gaza Ministry of Health's latest figures indicate that the Israeli war on Gaza has resulted in 55,706 Palestinian fatalities and 130,101 injuries since the conflict began on October 7, 2023, with casualties continuing to rise as the violence persists.
