Israeli media reported two severe incidents in the North and South that led to the death of six soldiers.
It was reported that four soldiers were killed in a minefield incident along the border near Ras al-Naqoura in southern Lebanon, while two soldiers lost their lives in a shooting incident involving a truck in Jabalia, in the northern Gaza Strip.
The four Israeli soldiers killed in southern Lebanon died following an accidental explosion as they reportedly attempted to demolish a Hezbollah tunnel in South Lebanon, Israeli Army Radio reported on Monday.
The Israeli military confirmed the deaths, stating the soldiers fell in combat but did not elaborate further. According to Army Radio, the incident occurred on Sunday, with an initial investigation suggesting that the explosion triggered secondary blasts, causing the tunnel to collapse while the soldiers were inside.
Other reports noted that the soldiers were killed in an incident involving a minefield near the border with Ras al-Naqoura in southern Lebanon.
For his part, Al Mayadeen's correspondent confirmed reports of two Israeli soldiers being killed and others injured in a special operation targeting an occupation truck north of the Gaza Strip, with helicopters arriving to evacuate the injured.
On Sunday, the Israeli army spokesperson acknowledged the death of an officer, with the rank of captain, who served in the 46th Battalion of the 401st Brigade, during a battle in the southern Gaza Strip.
In turn, the Israeli Army Radio's correspondent said that the Israeli officer was killed after an anti-tank missile was fired at his tank in Rafah, in the southern Gaza Strip.
Although the Israeli occupation forces have been operating in Rafah for over six months, the correspondent noted that the Palestinian Resistance groups continue working to confront and strike the IOF, particularly by carrying out anti-tank missile launches, detonating explosive devices, and executing sniping operations.
