Any decent expert would testify that in order to execute such a Palestinian military operation against the military might of the Israeli occupation, the leadership must have strategized for at least months if not a couple of years.

The level of courage the operation has been implemented indicates the extent to the level of professionalism the military apparatus of the Palestinian resistance in the besieged Gaza Strip has reached. In the past, the Israeli occupation would either censor or control the flow of information from the battlefield. Had it been able to do so, it would have done so. The challenge is that of social media. In the social media age, Israel’s control of the media has massively diminished. The Israeli occupation is unable to censor content about Palestinian misery, courage, relentless heroism, and sacrifice in their road to liberation and freedom.

Therefore, immediate footage circumvented all types of censorship showing the significance of the number of Israeli casualties. It is these statistics that made the operation of the Palestinian resistance stand out. Never has the Israeli occupation suffered such losses. For example;

1. During the Palestinian Nakba, 11/30/1947 and 07/20/1948, 5,677 Israelis were killed, an average of 24 per day.

2. In the Naksa 1967, 736 Israelis were killed in six days, an average of 123 every day.

3. In the October 1973 War, 2,656 Israelis were killed within 19 days, an average of 140 per day.

4. In the First Lebanon War in 1982, the first part of which lasted about 3 months, 658 Israelis were killed, or about 6 per day.

5. In the Second Lebanon War in 2006, 121 Israeli occupation soldiers were killed within 5 weeks, an average of 3.5 per day.

6. On 07.10.2023  Operation Al Aqsa Flood, at least 600 Israelis were killed in one day.

This means that the number of Israeli deaths who were killed in one day, which is October 7, 2023, is greater than any number on any day in the history of the struggle/battles/wars of the Palestinian/Arab-Zionist conflict in the past century. Statistics indicate the scale of an exceptional Palestinian military operation and the astonishing and unparalleled military, human, psychological, and moral loss it caused.

Palestinians knew that, as usual, Israeli occupation would be committing more war crimes against humanity/them and that they will be hit hard as a result. However, because they have been repeatedly let down by the so-called international community, they turned bitterly frustrated, and therefore despite their losses and grief, they feel immensely ecstatic as their National ego has been waiting in agony (since the Nakba to say the least) for 75 years to inflict such pain against their oppressors.

Palestinians; a nation repeatedly raped, dispossessed, tortured, exploited, jailed, displaced, humiliated, abandoned and traumatized. Obscenely enough, Western countries, whilst pontificating about human rights and democracy (see Ukraine) have been party to these crimes against humanity since 1917 and until now. As such they turned Palestinians to be the victims of their victims.

A century of humiliation has ended on 07.10.2023 and you will need to decide on which side of history you are.
